Confirmed Speaker:  Major Sam Cochran, Memphis, Tenn.  Founder of Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) -national model for pre arrest diversion through training of law enforcement as first responders.

Accessing care training is  a roadmap for how consumers can navigate getting the care they need.  It starts with an assessment, of what they need, then it leads to the person centered plan, which records all of the services and supports, including natural supports, then moves to authorization- the approval process of the services they need so they can be billed.
